The service was an awesome experience. Purchasing… not so much. I liked the salesman I worked with. He wasn’t present when I picked up my vehicle because he and his family were on vacation. I worked with the sales manager to finalize the deal. He was great. He asked two younger salesmen to help him with it. I don’t know exactly what he needed. They heard him but just ... sat and didn’t move. One was white and one was black. They rudely ignored him. I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t say anything else to them. I am surprised he didn’t sternly tell them to get up and help. When the papers were done, I got in my truck and left. Nobody explained anything to me. I had no idea what features it had or how to use them. It was never cleaned up for purchase. It was disappointing to say the least.
